Yoni/Vaginal Steam Herbs (1 oz, 2 steams)
Vaginal steaming is an age-old natural remedy said to cleanse the vagina and uterus, regulate menstruation and ease period cramps and bloating. Yoni steams can be done two to three times per month except while menstruating.
Steaming herbs can tone, tighten and cleanse the vagina, increase vaginal moisture, and decrease heavy flow during menstruation.
Directions: Pour 1-2 liters of water into a pot, add 1/2 oz or 1/2 bag of your loose herbs into the pot and cover with a lid to steam. Turn the heat of your cook-top stove to medium and let the herbs cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat on your stove. Remove the lid. Place in your desired yoni pot. Test the steam with your hand. If it's too hot, let it cool for a minute. The steam should be a gentle comfortable temperature.

Remove your bottoms and take a comfy wide legged seat. Steam your yoni for 10 minutes.
(You can use a 5 lb bucket and a toilet seat as a homemade yoni steaming seat)
